  • During lockdown, brick-and-mortar flower shops were forced to close, leaving a significant gap in the market. With consumers turning to online shopping for convenience and safety, traditional florists struggled to maintain visibility and sales.

  • Because people were online more and disconnected due to Covid restrictions, we saw partnerships as a strong opportunity to reach audiences in a meaningful way. We positioned the flower subscription and delivery service as a convenient and modern alternative to in-store gifting. I led the full content direction, shaping the visual style, tone of voice and storytelling. I managed pre- and post-launch campaigns built around influencer collaborations and strategic gifting.
