I led the copywriting for Closing the Loop’s new website, managing edits, design formatting, and assisting in UX/UI. To ensure consistency and accuracy, I developed a content strategy aligning our tone of voice across the website and social channels and created a keyword system for proposals and events to communicate our service clearly without greenwashing.
